Improve your Return On Advertising Spend with VisualDNA's Custom Audience Targeting

Custom audience targeting is used to create custom user lists for specific advertising campaigns within your DSP.

It enables publishers and e-commerce owners to find users who are similar to a pre-supplied set of "seed" users (who've already performed an action that's relevant to the campaign).

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

To identify your "seed' users, you need to put an audience analytics tag and transaction pixels on your site.

For example, if we saw a transaction pixel loading on the confirmation page of a site selling iPhones, the users who've purchased would be part of a "seed" list. We'd then use their VisualDNA profile and online browsing behaviour to find a much bigger list of similar users.


WHAT DO I NEED?

Before you start, you'll need a WHY, VisualDNA tracking deployed across your website and a seat on AppNexus or Google DBM, DFP or AdX.

Once you're set up, we'll need just few additional details such as your platform Customer ID, campaign start date and budget etc. which will help us create the right target audience list for you.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Please allow at least 36 hours before your target audience list is available through your DSP. Please note, your list must include at least 1,500 "seed" users before we can generate the list.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Creating a target audience list is absolutely free. The only charge is for our data usage within your DSP.
